As an attorney, Daron has represented property owners, management companies, tenants, and business enterprises involving real estate transactional matters & contractual disputes, landlord-tenant law, unlawful detainers & property management. As a real estate broker, Daron helps clients buy & sell South Bay apartment buildings as well as local & out of state NNN retail, industrial & office buildings. Whether the transaction involves a 10-unit apartment building in the South Bay or an out of state office building acquisition involving national tenants and loan defeasance, Daron has the experience to help facilitate a smooth transaction for all parties.
Daron grew up in Southern California (Rolling Hills Estates & San Diego) and graduated from California State University, Chico, receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy & Anthropology and later a Juris-Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. After being admitted to the California State Bar and practicing music law at a boutique entertainment law firm, Daron made the switch to real estate starting with the acquisition, management & operation of South Bay apartment buildings and later joining forces with RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty to be a part of the South Bay’s #1 Commercial Real Estate Team from 2007-2010 and a top 20 commercial RE/MAX agent worldwide in 2011.
When outside the office, Daron enjoys composing electronic music, surfing, skiing and spending time with his wife Vanessa, sons Spencer & Emerson, and daughter Charlotte. Now affiliated with the South Bay office of RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty, Daron is local and ready to assist with your next sale or acquisition.
